1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pkr2eam ("we", "platform") and every individual ("user" or "you") who uses the pkr2eam platform and its services. By accessing our services through the pkr2eam website, mobile interface or any other channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

pkr2eam's VIP program has three tiers. Cashback rates differ by tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and contribution on the platform. As you reach higher tiers, you will enjoy more benefits and cashback.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pkr2eam believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial and free from manipulation. There is no way to alter the outcome of any game.

6.2 Technical Errors

8. Account Suspension and Closure

pkr2eam may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Suspicious activity in financial transactions.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned to the registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

pkr2eam bears no liability in the following cases:
